🇬🇧

Superb hotel, the owners, staff, food and location all worth every penny

Positiv: The food was incredible. Michael Broger and the pastry chef have the most incredible talent. We ate in every night as we saw no reason to eat elsewhere. The staff was excellent, every single one of them. The family were attentive, friendly and always there whenever you need them. Location to the slopes, ski hire and lift ticket pick up couldn't be better.

Negativ: My husband would have liked some beer choices

Over-all this was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

Positiv: The meals were fantastic. Many choices. Fresh. The staff was wonderful. They were helpful and very welcoming.

Negativ: If there is anything to improve, I would have enjoyed more fresh fruit at breakfast.

Really enjoyable stay made special by hotel owners and staff.

Positiv: Great location - centre of town, right by lift and bars but not at all noisy. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who would do anything to help. Very comfortable rooms, food great.

Negativ: Nit picking - but a better gym would be good.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal, clean and charming rooms and outstanding facilities!

Positiv: The pool was amazing before heading out to the slopes! The smoking area provided was a great place to meet people! And the buffet breakfast was amazing!

Negativ: While I had a double bed frame, two single mattress were used as opposed to a double mattress.

Atendimento impecável

Positiv: A localização é ótima.

Negativ: Amei tuuuudo
